I found this recipe online the other day and finally made it last night! It was beyond delicious so I absolutely had to share! I made some edits to the recipe to make it more of what I like but I’m sure different variations would be just as good! This is great for IF so for my meal plan I only eat a bowl of this soup and a small salad a day and I am extremely full due to the fat content! I will add the exact products I used because that is what I tracked from. I also add all recipes into the “Recipes” tab on my page!
I made this recipe 5 serving of 14 Oz. at 1209 calories but feel free to cut that in half!
